Fix 'Unknown failure: cmd: Can't find service: package' in Android Studio
Fix the issue 'cmd package install-create -r -t -S 1699739' returns error 'Unknown failure: cmd: Can't find service: package' when launching the emulator.
It's not your fault :(

This is a problem with the emulator of Android Studio. Don't be scared, Your Emulator just got frozen, that's all.

To fix this problem,

  • First of all, Open your AVD manager.
  • Then choose your virtual device and at the right side you will find an Arrow down
  • Click on that arrow
  • Then Click 'Cold Boot Now'
  • Wait For Few seconds
Now your emulator will start. So, the problem fixed. now try running the app again :)
