1. Introduction
At ZealTyro, we operate a diverse ecosystem that includes physical utility hardware, proprietary mobile applications, Web3 token networks, and high-ticket client engineering. Because the nature of these products varies drastically, our refund and return protocols are segmented by product category. Please read the section that applies to your specific transaction carefully.
2. Physical Hardware (ZealTyro Smart Stick)
We stand behind the engineering of our physical hardware. If you are unsatisfied with your ZealTyro Smart Stick 5-in-1 charging kit, the following conditions apply:
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the hardware must be unused, fully functional, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the unit arrives defective or is damaged during transit via our courier partners, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange an expedited exchange or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
- Return Logistics: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Dhaka office. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Client Engineering & Development Services
Due to the highly customized, time-intensive nature of software architecture, codebase standardization, and UI/UX design, all B2B agency services are strictly governed by their individual contracts.
- Initial Deposits: Project initiation deposits used to secure our engineering resources and begin architectural planning are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Milestone Approvals: Payments made upon the delivery and client approval of specific project milestones (as outlined in the Statement of Work) are final and non-refundable.
- Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client mid-development, billing will be halted immediately, but no refunds will be issued for labor and code already delivered up to that date.
4. Digital Applications & Subscriptions
Our proprietary mobile applications (including Brain Dump, ZealCrypt, and Keystone) are distributed via major digital storefronts.
- App Store Processing: Any premium upgrades, lifetime licenses, or subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are subject to Google’s standard refund policies. You must request these refunds directly through your Google Play account dashboard.
- Direct Digital Sales: Any direct sales of digital templates, assets, or software licenses via
zealtyro.comare considered final upon download or access granted, and are strictly non-refundable.
5. Web3 Ecosystem & Decentralized Assets
Interactions with our decentralized ecosystem require technical understanding of blockchain architecture.
- Immutability: Transactions involving any associated smart contracts deployed on the Stellar network are verified on a public, decentralized ledger. Therefore, all Web3 transactions are completely immutable and irreversible.
- Zero Refund Policy: ZealTyro cannot reverse blockchain transactions, recover funds sent to the wrong wallet address, or refund liquidity provisions. All Web3 engagements are strictly final.
6. Process for Initiating a Return or Refund
To initiate a return for physical hardware or to inquire about a digital transaction, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, original order number or invoice number, and the date of purchase.
- Provide a brief explanation of the issue (and attach high-resolution photos if reporting defective hardware).
Our team will review your request and respond with specific logistical instructions or resolution steps within 2-3 business days.
